Welcome to Changi Travel Services (CTS), where your journeys transcend the ordinary.
Established in 2012 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Changi Airport Group, CTS aims to redefine travel through seamless, end‑to‑end solutions.
Inspired by the spontaneity of travel, CTS brings together a comprehensive suite of products and services – once scattered across the airport – into one convenient location. Through our Changi Recommends brand, we offer everything from WiFi routers, SIM cards, attraction tickets, airport transfers, meet‑and‑greet services, travel insurance, and foreign exchange, ensuring every journey is well supported.
We have also expanded into hospitality with CTS Hospitality, managing transit hotels to enhance traveller comfort and convenience. Together with our corporate travel management services, we are committed to making every journey – personal or professional – seamless, reassuring, and memorable.
