1. Why are the designs based on a Sunflower and Butterfly?
The designs are inspired by Changi Airport’s Sunflower Garden in Terminal 2 and Butterfly Garden in Terminal 3. Do explore these unique attractions during your time at Changi Airport, whether you’re arriving or departing.
2. How many plushie designs are available?
There are two designs: The Sunflower and The Butterfly. Designs are allocated at random and cannot be selected or exchanged. Each delegate is entitled to one plushie tote bag only. Redemption is on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last.
3. How can I redeem my plushie tote bag?
Please complete the registration form above. A confirmation email containing your redemption code will be sent to your registered email address within 3 working days. Upon arrival at Changi Airport, present your confirmation email and your event credentials (e.g. delegate badge, event registration confirmation) at the Changi Meet & Greet counter at your selected terminal to redeem your plushie tote bag. Please select your collection terminal carefully, as changes after registration may not be accommodated. For last-minute changes, please approach our team at the redemption counter to explore available options.
4. What is the redemption counter operating hours?
All Changi Meet & Greet counters operate 24 hours a day.
5. Is my plushie tote bag guaranteed after registration?
Plushie tote bags are not guaranteed upon registration. Plushie tote bags will be distributed to registered participants while stocks last.
